the B-side of club DJs

In each episode a DJ shares a side to their music taste they rarely get to show; not a club set, not what they are usually expected to play. Step into their private world and discover what they grew up listening to, their go-to songs for singing in the shower, their musical guilty pleasures, and more. The music that plays when the after is over and it's time to go home.

Every episode is recorded as a continuous listen on SoundCloud and published as a playlist on Apple Music and YouTube Music. Follow on Instagram and check back for new episodes.

ATA002 with grant sabadash: the floor fits all of us

after the after · 12.08.2025 · all episodes

“A playlist focusing on my time in college with a family of friends who kept me alive. They were the best people i’ve ever had in my life and now we’ve all moved across the world to work in our respective fields. We never separated for 4 years, worked on countless projects together, and loved each other with biblical conviction. These are the songs that we sang, cried, and laughed too all over Colorado. The title is a reference to how when there wasn’t enough room on the couch for all of us we would shift to the living room floor so we could be next to each other. It was a time in my life where I was never alone; I miss them horribly.”
