ATA005 with mojo: sommerloch

In each episode a DJ shares a side to their music taste they rarely get to show; not a club set, not what they are usually expected to play. Step into their private world and discover what they grew up listening to, their go-to songs for singing in the shower, their musical guilty pleasures, and more. The music that plays when the after is over and it's time to go home.

Every episode is recorded as a continuous listen on SoundCloud and published as a playlist on Apple Music and YouTube Music. Follow on Instagram and check back for new episodes.

“‘sommerloch’ is a playlist reflecting a state of feeling disconnected during a time when social activities might be expected to peak. The term captures the sense of a “void” or “hole” in one’s emotional landscape, mirroring the physical and social lull typically associated with late summer. Melancholy and nostalgia can be powerful in overcoming those feelings, but don’t get lost.”
