the B-side of club DJs

In each episode a DJ shares a side to their music taste they rarely get to show; not a club set, not what they are usually expected to play. Step into their private world and discover what they grew up listening to, their go-to songs for singing in the shower, their musical guilty pleasures, and more. The music that plays when the after is over and it's time to go home.

Every episode is recorded as a continuous listen on SoundCloud and published as a playlist on Apple Music and YouTube Music. Follow on Instagram and check back for new episodes.

“Few things compare to the first rays of sun caressing one’s face after one long, heavy winter. Perhaps the most palpable transformative process of all the seasons. Spring asks us to drop the heavy baggage off our backs. It’s the time for us to look at things in a new, brighter light, and to start our engines back up after a period of stillness and deep reflection. I made this playlist while soaking in the sun under a blue sky, surrounded by blooming nature that is waking up from its slumber. I tried to channel this energy into my curation. You will find a mix of several different genres and languages, mostly instrumental stuff that speaks to me more than words sometimes do. There’s classical, jazz, electronic, a handful of songs from movie soundtracks, and more. I hope you enjoy.”
