the B-side of club DJs

In each episode a DJ shares a side to their music taste they rarely get to show; not a club set, not what they are usually expected to play. Step into their private world and discover what they grew up listening to, their go-to songs for singing in the shower, their musical guilty pleasures, and more. The music that plays when the after is over and it's time to go home.

Every episode is recorded as a continuous listen on SoundCloud and published as a playlist on Apple Music and YouTube Music. Follow on Instagram and check back for new episodes.

Songs I'll probably never get tired of. Dreamy, melancholic, dark — this is my daily mood, not entertainment, in contrast to my electronic music playlists. There are some late 90s Ukrainian songs in here I really wanted the world to hear. It might feel chaotic and messy to some people. That's exactly how I see it and live through it. The photo was taken in my hometown Zaporizhzhia before the russian invasion. Right now that city sits 20km from the frontline - a place I love that I can no longer get to. I hope you can feel what I feel.
